We want your experience with Filipina Skin Care to be easy and hassle-free. If you have any concerns or issues with your product, please feel free to contact us first prior to returning your item(s). You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. The refund will be credited back to your credit card  less shipping and handling (if applicable).

Missing Packages: Domestic 

Please note that we do not refund or reship orders if the tracking information states "delivered." Please contact your local post office to check the whereabouts of your package. Please understand that once the package has been shipped or dropped at the post office, we are no longer aware on how the post office handles your package. Most of the time, when the tracking information states "delivered," either the post office will deliver it that same day or they are holding the package at their office.

Missing Packages: International

Please note that it may take up to 30 business days for your package to be delivered. If you haven't received your order in 60 business days, kindly notify us and we will contact the post office to file a claim. Refund will be given less shipping and handling. In addition, the countries listed below are very strict with skin care articles being exported to their country.
